Low Back Pain Relief With One Simple Trick
As I watch people and their posture, I can't help but notice this one trick would save them from endless pain and discomfort.
Whats the trick? KEEP THE CURVE!!
Our spine, at its strongest and most protective position, has 3 healthy curves to it. Keeping these curves is extremely important in ensuring we keep and healthy spine - one that doesn't give us aches and pains.
When sitting, the low back curve (lordosis) must be maintained to prevent unwanted stress and pressure coming into the lumbo-sacral junction (where the low back meets the tail bone).
If we keep the curve while sitting we dont have to re-establish the curve when standing up - this can be the painful part of standing up from the sitting.
Save your spine - KEEP THE CURVE!
