Health can be tricky, complicated and even controversial topic. At it’s core, its very simple AND the most valuable asset we have. We all agree that Health is important but doing to he right about it is often confusing.

  1. You are designed to be HEALTHY - healthy is normal, unhealthy is abnormal.

  2. Your body is smart. Think about it - your body knows what to do at all times. There’s an innate (inborn) intelligence running it.

  3. This innate intelligence uses the Nervous System to control and coordinate the healing - helping us adapt and deal with stress.

  4. Your spine is your suit of armour. Your spine protects the spinal cord like the skull protects the brain.

  5. Stress causes a condition known as Subluxation. Subluxation creates interference to the nervous system communication - altering Brain-Body communication.
